I'll be honest, there is ZERO mention as to WHY ANY member of the Marvel Family cannot immediately kill Hitler in the comics. They solve this in Captain Marvel by revealing SHAZAM THE WIZARD IS A KEY MEMBER OF THE WAR DEPARTMENT, who just says "Don't worry about it."

The Senate doesn't start impeachment proceedings and without a supermajority, the GOP will refuse to see any evidence they don't feel like and say he's not guilty. Like they've ALREADY DONE TWICE. They don't really have a way to "try" impeaching him and "trying" doesn't work. We saw it not work.
