One explanation I could think of is that the no med achievement shows up at the final stats screen, whereas the all kills/all pickups show up after you kill Natla/pick up the last items. The latter probably requires a "clean" start of the final level. Maybe. 🤔

Hmm that's odd. To be fair I didn't test it in The Great Pyramid that way because it's so short anyway, but I did cheekily try to just load the save at the final secret of Temple of the Cat and despite having 62/62 pickups, the achievement didn't pop up. Only after I properly played through.

Overall I'd say that's a very minor inconvenience though. This saved me many many hours of crunching and now I will for sure be ready for IV-VI by the 14th.

So I have great news, the saves do work!

There is however a small caveat, which is that you actually have to play through the final level, no matter what. Ie you have to load in near the end of Atlantis/Return to Egypt, hit the end trigger THEN finish Great Pyramid/Temple of the Cat /w all pickups

Hey! Sorry for not getting back yet. I had a couple achievements with progress on them, like rolling all the boulders un UB etc. I should be done with them all in a few hours and I'll test the new saves asap.

I’ll be honest, I just wanna see if maybe I can get the achievs for killing all enemies & collecting all items by downloading a save game near the end of the Great Pyramid & finishing the level myself. I wanna do it myself, but I still have 50+ other achievs left & want them finished before feb 14😓🫣
