My Luau ribs. Soaked in pineapple juice before smoking at a higher than normal temp (still low) for a shorter than normal time. Then slathered with Hawaiian-BBQ sauce to caramelize a bit. #bbq #blueskyeats

Cleaned the grill and the flattop and rearranged the deck. Blew off leaves and pollen 4 times. It’s not yet pollen season either.
