What do people think about the evening meal in NHS hospitals being served at 5pm? The next meal at 8am the next day. Maybe a few biscuits in between.

2 important medical appointments next week and I feel like I should be used to all of this by now - yet I’m feeling very worried about many aspects. Even just thinking about them brings tears to my eyes.
