This is a tough decision because there’s so much to pull from. For me, SNW A Quality of Mercy hits all the right notes. It reimagines one of the best TOS eps, shows depth and characterization that often forgotten, develops both overall plot and Pike’s internal struggles, plus Kirk!

I mean, we could start them.... "Yeah, so Clark- when they were working on Leverage - planned a heist of 6 banks tied to an insurance scam all at the same time. They still have never found the money."

I'm less worried about me and Mary than I am that neither of my kids can get it at all.

It truly was a dream team

Daimalko, for no particular reason 😈. But Absalom Station (for its "we have everything here" convenience to adventuring) and Outpost Zed (for sheer wacky alien shenanigans) are a close second.

All you are saying is that casuals don’t yet know how good MAWS is. Gods below, I love that show.

Yep, that makes a ton more sense and is frankly, maddening. A full orc would be fun as hell in the video game

Wait, are you asking why you can’t play it in DnD or Pathfinder? Because Orc is an available ancestry in Pathfinder Player Core (equivalent to DnD’s Player’s Handbook for non PF2 peeps)

I was really sad to see that series go- it was one of the few times it really felt like the writer was a fan of the characters and actually read and cared about what had come before. Plus that particular Nova uniform was fire!

Andreessen has a terrible inferiority complex mixed with Silicon Valley paranoia. There’s a lot of projection there since this is the same guy who once said: “I’m glad there’s OxyContin and video games to keep those [Wisconsin] people quiet.”
