How about Shin Godzilla? A monster movie with the focus on the civil servants. Absolutely loved it.

You're right. The only CD's I buy now are this type of thing (and the Bob Stanley comps on Ace) - usually from the Grapefruit label on Cherry Red. I love the meticulous sleevenotes.
