Bloody brilliant song. I met him in 2016 when he was in Jeff Wayne’s The War of the Worlds at the Dominion Theatre. He was a nice bloke. Got him to sign my Lamplight record that used to be my nans and he started singing it as he was signing it.

Last night I was watching my new 4K blu ray of 1953 film The War of the Worlds. Absolutely love it! Though I’ve seen it many times before, I was so tired only watched half of it.
