Incredibly grateful to my mentor, colleague and friend Dr Susan McInnes on her retirement from Cleveland Clinic today. She will leave a HUGE lasting impact on not just Cleveland Clinic but also Palliative Care, Oncology, and Quality everywhere! Thank you Susan!! 😊

Hospice of the Western Reserve is proud to serve Veterans at the end of their lives. So far in 2025, we have cared for nearly 1,000 Veterans, supported by 47 Veteran volunteers 🇺🇸. Honored to serve those who served our country 🇺🇸 #Veterans #Hospice #Gratitude

As I finish my last day at Cleveland VA as Director of Hospice and Palliative Care, I am grateful for everyone on our team and also the many teams we supported. Most of all, I am grateful for the privilege of caring for our Veterans 🇺🇸 It was an honor to serve those that served! 😊
