Going to try to catalogue the strange occurrences happening recently. This is the first I’ve encountered…
ANOMALY #1
-Came in with severe lacerations along back, and a freshly sprouted pair of wings.
-Wings seem fully functional, if unwieldy. Should be too bulky for flight—can fly anyway.

Don’t ramble about the medical marvel of spontaneously sprouting wings—and what tests you’d like to run to gauge how such a thing is possible—in front of the kid that sprouted said wings.
It will make them uncomfortable and leave. You will not get to run said tests.
