UGH like a prior auth??? the worst. it feels like Everything requires one lately... i guess they do not take tooo long but it is still frustrating. if the doctor or insurance tells you it was approved, let the pharmacy know to try billing again! because a lot of times they do not notify us... lol

As someone who works in pharmacy, a lot of times the answer is "if we get a prescription for it we can find out!" But until you get to that point it seems like it is a complete mystery to everyone... pharmacists can help you identify and ask for less expensive alternatives if its not covered tho!
