Yeah 40 series is retired. Both our and cards are sapphire and I absolutely love them. Check microcenter, they offer warranties and if something goes "wrong" down the road you get full value back in credit.

Stop buying Nvidia crap! The 9070xt is the best GPU on the market price for performance. AMD is the new gamer GPU imo, Nvidia has gone the apple route and sold out. If you do go AMD lmk, I can send you recommendations.
