Our senior boy, Jasper, was really sick over Thanksgiving (a week at the er vet!). He’s ok now, but I decided to put up a Xmas tree for the first time in years because he loved them so much. Guess it was too small as he wasn’t interested. But here he is years ago in a bigger one.

All my life, my mom has been my “secret admirer” for Valentine’s Day. It was pretty clear. For example, when she got a new typewriter, the note was typed. I figured that after her passing last April, that would end.

It looks like she had someone pick up the job.

Wore cute shoes for the first time in a while when I took our cat, Jasper, to the specialist vet for a follow up on his expensive stay at the er vet last November (I practically live in sketchers). They’re cute, but my feet were super cold. Jasper is doing fine, btw. He’s 14 but doesn’t look it.

I made this toy a week or so ago. Mister Cat is finally playing with it. Essentially, it’s two cat food can trays you can get from petsmart and chewy (I inserted the bottom one face up into the top one which is face down to make a box) with a jingle ball inside. I cut holes in the top and sides.
