I love the idea of vegan wasps.

I knew the thing about ants being wasps and have an idea that termites are cockroaches with the same darkly sociable lifestyle as ants.

But… Bees are a type of wasp?? This feels like forbidden knowledge buried by big honey. Will I have to take my family and hide?

I’ve often wondered about this. If it’s the diversity within the group that makes the overarching label “fish”inappropriate, couldn’t you say the same thing about animals or bacteria?

I honestly don’t know what this means.
