15. The Calm Lands/Yuna's Decision from FFX - This is probs my favorite track from this game even among its amazing OST. It's such a great theme and a perfect representation of literal calm before the storm plot wise.

thats fair, im honestly in the same boat where i think overall the ost is lack luster, but things like velvets theme, these wintery town themes, the battle themes are some of top pieces that i feel arent as oftenly talked about (except velvets theme, i think that gets the praise it deserves)

god velks theme is so good! honestly iceborne has some good wintery themes. seliana, hoarfrost battle and even AT velkhanas unique theme
