Do you have putty? I've put some putty on the end of an alligator clip and slid parts like that over it - the putty keeps it a bit more stable and then you don't have the metal digging in

You need Congress to direct that action; having the Executive branch (DOGE) do this is unconstitutional and if we had proper uncorrupted separation of powers they'd rule that

So instead of using the supreme audit institution we already have which evaluates the structure of federal govt, how departments are set up, how effective they are, how payments are disbursed, and investigates fraud, you create a new team? That sounds like the definition of more bureaucracy to me
