I assumed it was purely age related. I noticed it at about 3-6 months on HRT. For me it really affected my nearsightedness. Bifocals inbound.

Here in Canada, there is zero possibility of getting gender affirming medical care at the age of 3.

Yup, I started at 45. 2 years later my wife and kids still love me. The results are starting to show, but it's a slow process.
