Governments who remain committed to principled humanitarian action must step up urgently. Now is the time to stand in solidarity with those who will be disproportionately affected by these cuts.

It is now the time for urgent leadership from world leaders. Lives are on the line and it is the most vulnerable - those facing the worst effects of conflict, climate change, hunger and illness - who will suffer the most from this.
