I think its inconsiderate to not ask your employee if they are able to do any work on a weekend as its their time off and if theh are needed to work a weekend that you let them know in advance.

Also no matter how "dependant" your employee is, why you calling them at 6:45am🙄🙄 BOUNDARIES!!!

Never overplay your part in anything...

Know your place and stick to that role
