He’s a few years younger than Bruno,he had a crap time coming out of Everton & we shopped him around. He probably needs more cuddling and reassurance than Bruno. I think we should give it to him. We know what he can do and I believe that the coaches can get him back to that form.

You’re absolutely right. A shame we couldn’t take advantage in the first half. We’ll just have to console ourselves with winning a cup. Congratulations to Arsenal of course by not winning anything again you’ve not distracted yourselves.

I watched a champions league game outside a bar in Napoli with locals a couple of years ago. Electric atmospher. It was up there with any football experience I’ve had. Such passion, nearly as good as being at the Emirates when Newcastle beat Arsenal. 😘

One of the greatest things about our return to the CL was his smile on the field in the lead time to the kickoff. It would be fabulous to see the same for the World Cup.
