I had a dog during my college and post grad years. Loved that little guy but the financial strain got tough at times. Especially when he developed chronic illness. Would get a pet again, but it’s very life altering IMO. I too keep a decent sized indoor garden 🙂↕️

Trying to go more plant based. Cheated a little with fish sauce on the sprouts. But the vegans have definitely been gate keeping the crunchy goodness of tempeh.

I don’t normally cross post but it’s so clear to me that cruelty is the point. I work with a diverse array of pple and can promise you my résumé or my peers could stand head and shoulders above these clowns. Grant funding in academia is crazy competitive and most pple are frequently underpaid.

The combat in Nine Sols has been so satisfying. The Hollow Knight adjacent fix I needed. Might argue it’s possibly a little harder b/c of the need for learning so many enemy combinations to take advantage of the parry system.

Don’t ask me what time I finally rolled out of bed 👀😮💨. Wanted breakfast for lunch. Toasted my oatmeal to make savory oatmeal with oven roasted tomatoes and sautéed garlicky spinach and chili crisp. Never skipping toasting again 😭

The new Crunchyroll wrap is pretty cool. I really put in some work this year catching up on Boruto and rewatching Initial D. Of course I’m a One Piece Stan so not surprised.
