The hardest part is the fasting and cleansing. The actual procedure is a breeze as you are asleep. Then you can eat sensible items. Years ago the fasting and cleansing was really horrible. It is worth the effort. Found pre cancerous polyps in colon and removed most of colon. Wish you the best
