Sooooo, my first peer reviewed article was just published in The Journal of Appalachian Studies Vol.30 no.2! It’s titled “A Historigraphic Account of Stereotypes, Ideology, and Education in an Appalachian Region” and was a chapter of my dissertation.

I’m published, y’all!

It’s presentation season for my classes, and I could not be happier to sit back and enjoy their research for a while instead of this hellscape.
