Hell yeah, there's just so much FUN in this <3

My nerd-ass brain does have a couple of questions regarding abilities :
- Can you ever get more than 2 tier 1 abilities, or are these locked at character creation ?
- Can you get more than 1 tier 3 ability, if you collect appropriate tier 2s ?
