I understand the sentiment, but politics is binary choice (in the majority of the US) so when you lose it’s critically important to understand why and how not to lose next time.
Granted the DNC is not often very good at this but it’s a necessary exercise.

I think we should be looking to create a welcoming space for anyone regardless of political ideology, but with effective content moderation that both discourages and intervenes for hateful content.
There’s plenty of normal conservatives that should be part of the conversation, just not the crazies

True but that is beside the point of what he’s saying imo. The Democratic Party missed big here because of poor decision making / campaigning. They must fix their strategy and rethink their platforms.
