I might be a bit late, but here's Frederica Sawyer from Black Lagoon! She's a short goth woman that needs a voicebox to speak, drips deadpan energy, and is a walking reference to Leatherface (chainsaw included). Her aesthetic and attitude just gel excellently with the setting for me.
