That’s always been his MO. He can’t stand it when people disagree with him, so he surrounds himself with brown-nosers and yes-men as a way of propping up his (incredibly fragile) ego.

If someone disagrees with him, he might have to admit he was wrong, and that would mean someone else was smarter
