For those who want to opt out, it's section D.12.l (that's letter l not capital i). So you wanna opt out that arbitration T&C you can. Don't know if they're counting the 30 days from when they claimed it was last updated or not, but get to it right the fuck now.

Damn thing was so long that I lost all sense of coordination and the will to live. I ended up going to the exact section and then gave up. I should probably just edit it to just that section. If I do post it, you could always just mute me.

They claim to have updated this on 22/8/2025. You'd be surprised how many T&Cs are future or backdated. But anywho, even by their standards of informing me, they're late.

She/they have been using my email address for years. Here I was thinking it spam/scam, not knowing I was getting HER spam. This is the first time that it's a utility. At least, that I've noticed. I appear to be getting her brightspeed newsletter, too.

So, I legit searched my deletions folder (hotmail) along with my Google activity to find their energy provider. All this because I was trying to pay a duty fee for DHL Nigeria & it wouldn't let me use my Zenith VISA card, then when I finally resolved it, I saw a new H&B email and said fuck em.

Poor Arlene or whoever, they caught me on the wrong day today. Their IGS Energy account was created in March, and I let it slide, but today was an annoying day... and someone was using my email for Holland & Barrett, so I was like nah, we done, I'm the Punisher now.
