All in all it was a great game! The Germans won the early DD skirmish, sinking 2 British DDs on the first turn but then the British got a few lucky gunnery hits on Derfflinger and knocked out two of her turrets.
We only played 6/10 turns and the battle could have went either way by the end.

The rules are available on Wargame Vault if you ever want to give them a read. We've done smaller scenarios (Falklands and Coronel) all the way to larger fleet battles. They really shine with larger engagements but we ran Falklands and Coronel at a Con earlier this year and everyone enjoyed them.

They're actually from Wartimes Journal and printed by myself. As per Dread Not! I'm a bit bias as I'm the author but I personally really enjoy it 🤣. It's geared to be a very simplistic rule set which you can jump into right away and play large scale battles quickly.
