It is at this time of night, the only time I get truly get to myself because everyone else around me is asleep, that is when the spiral is at its worst. The brain goes through every single worst case scenario. Every single one and there really isn't any good. 1/

Why is it that everything I hear that family, friends, etc are in a relationship, the first emotion I have is resentment? It's a why can't I have that kind of resentment and it really does suck full stop.
