The fastest growing revenue stream for Alphabet for the past 8 years seems to be Cloud, 10x the 2017 $$$ in 2024. Doesn't this include govt contracts (US, Israel El Salvador, etc.)? Are they transitioning to a model based on selling tech more than advertising?

Anyone else read Dead Money by Srinath Adiga? I'm really enjoying it but some of the plot points in the 2nd story are of troubling in how closely they associate terrorism not with extremism but specifically with Islam. Curious about others' thoughts.

Hail can form in air temperatures of UP TO 90 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. That's like 32 Celsius. But it CANNOT form when it's below freezing.

Just read Abortion and the Christian Tradition: A pro-choice theological ethic (Margaret Kamitsuka) and was struck by the absurdity of anti-choice Christians WHEN THE WHOLE RELIGION IS ABOUT A GOD WHOSE SON DIES. And so many Christians who believe THE "FATHER" "KILLED" HIM. #womeninmensfields ?
