Much of this "fan-made" misogynistic content also contains a large amount of Kremlin propaganda. YouTube needs to be regulated. Like other major tech companies, YouTube no longer feels it must pretend to have ethics. New regulations must be introduced urgently to control this rubbish.

They also need to deplatform sanctioned media outlets, a lions share of such content comes from russian entities and their cheerleaders.
