Thanks for sharing this great picture. From a quick online search, Driver Kallu, likely from Kisola in modern Uttar Pradesh, India, was KIA. Where is not noted, but the date was during the 2nd Battle of the Somme. "Driver" rank indicates he was responsible for horses who pulled an artillery piece.

If you mean Paxton, he has stated that he suffered eye injuries at age 12 and when a freshman in college. The latter injury involved facial fractures requiring surgery. These injuries left him with vision problems and heterochromia.

Don't know that man's specific situation, but having Medicare does not preclude also having Medicaid coverage. Many people are eligible for both.

Big reasons for increase in MA are poorly regulated marketing of MA by the companies running it, and overfunding of MA by CMS making MA plans profitable to those companies.
