Or the superhero MMO City of Heroes - for years, its community-run Homecoming servers have kept a low profile, fearing old publisher NCSoft wouls sic bloodthirsty lawyers on them. Instead, this year NCSoft gave Homecoming their blessing and official server license. A welcome surprise.
