False. Most viral infectious diseases do not turn into chronic diseases. HIV is an exception but vaccines have been elusive. Covid vaccines reduce risk of long covid. Few other viral diseases become chronic. Exception Hep B, and Hep C has no vaccine but treatment highly effective
