There is no reason for any grown person to be pinning down an 11 year old girl. Regardless of what you think she did. I saw this and nearly lost my mind as the father of an 11 year old girl myself.

I don’t disagree, especially now that I have kids, I’m trying to learn as much as possible about everything. I know education is important but that’s what the probationary period is for, show them you deserve the job.

I understand the importance of learning. However if 75% of the jobs say, “Forget what you learned in school, this is what you need to know,” we can’t be too angry with how they got the paper that got them in the door.
