How we ended up here as well! Ploughman is tucked into the corner of the square. Hosts music outside on the weekends, but also great local people inside during the weeks.

Had I seen this yesterday I would have recommended Ploughman in the square for music last night. Solid phish/dead owner and musician. Some hidden gems of places around these parts.
