As I get older I get aches and pains… some disappear over time, some don’t.

I’ve made an iOS app (in TestFlight) to help me log things, so that I know when anything started.

It will be free. I use Apple’s standard data store.

I've been working on an app that lets you import data from a variety of services (Day One, Skype, Twitter, Amazon, etc.) and present them in an integrated searchable timeline.

I added Model Context Protocol (MCP) support so that you can use Claude Desktop to query your timeline.
