it's derived from animal cells, so, to me, it's not vegan. for those investing in the process, for it to sell, they will already have a target demographic in mind. however, i can only see vegetarians opting for it; until McDonald's make the swap to make their sustainability quota more credible.

i am pretty sure the government can cut staff in the DWP by at least 30% to fund this. Santander and Dell are undertaking the same process in their areas of trade

nice article. the white privilege myth is bizarre in itself. vegetables cost the same no matter who buys them. unless it's cheap frozen processed 'leftover grit and bone' meat product, butcher meat cuts are far more expensive than beans, rice and tofu will ever be
