Not one real rumour about players because as a club we are lacking vision and strategy. I genuinely think we have 5 starters injured just now, none of them coming back soon (or come back too soon). I hope someone is scouting players that can make a difference but it feels we are living in the moment

Ange tried to change a teams philosophy mid season. Amorim did the same. Lessons should be learned that it needs to be gradual. Same result!!!

Of the 5 subs today, 4 of them played in the wrong position (Forest in 2 wrong positions). Only one who played in his position was Kenny who shouldn’t be near the first team. Bernardo didn’t even come on. 6 players now have played wing back in 3 games. Diazen hasn’t been one of them.

The 3rd goal? Donovan has not been good for a while. He is promoted as a good option because Ralston is the alternative. Can get up the line & occasionally get a good cross in but defensively is poor. Playing him in the back 3 is criminal. He moved him quickly on Thursday so he should have learned.

7. the problem is he subbed Tierney (who was awful) instead of Tinekti (who was even worse) so I don’t think he will push Tierney up. A shame Sarachi isn’t available as he would surely be playing.

5. probably drop the box in midfield going to more of a diamond with Hatate at the top. A free role behind Iheanacho . I think he did that 2nd half and gave better protection to defence

4. Wing backs: go with Tierney on left and a more advanced winger type on right (Diazen or Yang). Gives better balance and means they are on the correct side for a wing back and keep their width and don’t cut inside into traffic.

I think as part of his sentence Sky should screen a programme every night hosted by Eni Aluko where she invites football pundits on to watch re-runs of him getting megged by a Hamilton player on his debut in Scotland.
