I don’t post often but I’m here to say that @steveathanas.bsky.social getting a new smoker this year was 10000% worth every penny. Tonight’s dinner was smoked meatloaf (and he also smoked a pork loin to use in meals this week). I win.

At the request of my family, I spent the afternoon making homemade chicken tikka masala and homemade coconut rice. @steveathanas.bsky.social will enjoy the leftovers for lunch at work tomorrow and all his coworkers will be jealous.
