Finally started playing The Witcher 3, my first of any Witcher game, and what an absolute banger! I can't believe I never played this game. There is so much flexibility in this game from tackling quest to crafting gear that makes it hard to put it down. I'll report back 100+ hours later...

After 68 hours of playing the entire Apollo Justice Trilogy, I am confident in recommending these games. While this trilogy for sure had its ups and downs, I still experienced moments of joy, and I couldn't wait to turn every single case around. Thank you for more fun adventures Ace Attorney! 🧡

Completed Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice. Everything from the distant location, the introduction of new characters, the return of iconic characters, and cases with well thought-out turnabouts made this final entry one to remember. I recommend. 3/3 Apollo Justice Trilogy is finally done 👍

Watched Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc this past Friday. I can't give an unbiased take on this film since this was the arc that got me truly invested into Chainsaw Man. Beautifully animated, gorgeous soundtrack, and a great entry for the overall anime. I recommend but I do have small inquiry...

From developer Malformation Games, Ground Zero is a retro survival horror that lets you fight through a post-apocalyptic South Korea. Even though this game needs polishing, it still captured the look and feel of what older survival games accomplished. Worth checking out if you like older RE games

From developer Crimson Dusk, Homura Hime is a third person action game with anime-styled visuals and intense 3D bullet hell gameplay where you fight against archdemons to discover the truth behind their legacy and her own. If you ever wanted NieR-like combat but in anime, then Homura Hime is for you

From the original creators of Little Nightmares I & II, Tarsier Studios have come back with this horror adventure game about a brother & sister returning to their hellish island to rescue their friends. Tarsier hasn't missed a beat and their creepy atmosphere work is still one of the best out there!

From developer Skeleton Crew Studio and Thomas Olsson,
Forestrike is a martial arts roguelite where you use your Foresight ability to experiment the fight before the actual fight. I spent so much time rehearsing fights to get them perfect with all the skills and abilities in my arsenal. Check it out

From developer btf, Constance is a 2D action adventure, similar to games like Hollow Knight, featuring a paintbrush-wielding artist striving to escape from a decaying inner-world. The gameplay was silky smooth with some very tight and challenging platform sections. Definitely worth checking out!

From developer Sam Eng, Skate Story takes you on a journey through the Underworld to take on a seemingly impossible quest while destroying demons, saving tortured souls, and becoming a better skater in the process. The art style and overall chill vibe of this game is a must play (and buy as well)

I was finally able to check out some upcoming games from the recent Steam Next Fest. With games ranging from a fun and challenging Metroidvania to one of the most unique and artistic games involving a demon on a skateboard, this thread will provide some thoughts on games worth checking out. Enjoy!

I know I normally like to post thoughts and reviews but I just want to show appreciation to the anime Dr. Stone. My fiancée and I binged this entire anime and it brought us nothing but joy during one of the roughest times in our household. If you ever get a chance, experience this one for yourself ⚗️

Huge shoutout to the homie @pickupthevoxophone.bsky.social for gifting me a copy of Control Ultimate Edition on Steam during the Autumn Sale! Receiving games as a gift is one of my favorite things in life so I'm absolutely thrilled an honored to get this one for free. Thank you Voxy!

Completed Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies. This game's story struggled due to balancing all 3 protagonists in one game. The switch from 2D to 3D was jarring, but I got used to it. It also doesn't help that this entry was really easy compared to others. Lightly recommend. 2/3 Apollo Trilogy done 👍

Just got done watching Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Infinity Castle in IMAX and what an amazing thrill ride! Watching some of the biggest fights and moments of the series come to life with high-quality sound and animation behind it made this an experience I'll never forget. Highly recommend 👍

Completed Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. Was initially worried with Phoenix Wright taking a backseat but this game still has the same wacky trials, great comedic timing, and an unforgettable story with some quality-of-life improvements and overall easier gameplay. I recommend! 1/3 Apollo Trilogy done

There are times when I am glad I don't give up on a series. For instance, I didn't really enjoy the Chainsaw Man anime but I picked up the manga and continued reading up to Vol. 10. The events after the anime are so good and it finally shows some growth in Denji. Excited for the Reze movie now!

Finished Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and wow. Just... WOW! Everything about this game from its combat, storytelling, art direction, music, etc. has left an unforgettable impression on me. It's such an adventure that I would recommend this to people outside of gaming to experience as well. 10/10 👍

Nearing the end of my My Hero Academia manga journey. Say what you want about this series but everything that lead up to this panel has been an absolute masterclass on how to build up a moment. I am going to miss this series but man, what an adventure it has been. PLUS ULTRA!!! ✊

The parry mechanic in Clair Obscur is so freaking good! It constantly keeps me focused and engaged during combat and the gratification after pulling off several perfectly timed parries is euphoric

Finished Squid Game "S3." I won't spoil anything but for this being a finale, I was left feeling confused with some choices, indifferent to a lot of character's outcomes, and unsatisfied where it ends off. S1 was a perfect one-and-done season and should've just ended there. I do not recommend 👎
