Hey, please do some research before posting. This is wrong. Ithaca is NY-19, with Josh Riley (D) as a rep.
NY-21 voted for Obama twice and then was redrawn, but even after that it has gone blue (eg for Schumer and Gillibrand). Wouldn’t say it’s a safe bet for R’s given the current climate!
