Exactly what I thought when I read the headline this morning.

We don't send weapons. Name the companies that the government funds that sell weapons to Israel. At worst there is one company that sells parts that may or may not end up in weapons that may or may not end up in Israel, but are used in many other places- virtually impossible to track.

Our government is not 'allowing' the genocide to continue. Exactly what do you think our government can do to stop it? Netanyahu has shown he doesn't care what the rest of the world thinks. We supported the ICJ case against Israel.

How disgusting. How low can people go? Heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected.

Without having video evidence of them doing it the police can't do anything unfortunately. And we have a Liberal council so they'll turn a blind eye.

There are several at each booth so that's not practical. We don't have enough mats!

I agree they don't have the same volunteer numbers in some seats. I'm a campaign organiser in my electorate (a Lib seat but marginal) and it's quite hard to get some members to step up.

Are you talking staff or volunteers? Staff is limited by parliamentary rules, volunteers by time. I know a lot of highly capable Labor people just in my small part of the world. Why don't you think Labor has the numbers you think they need?

That wasn't a short list it was a random sample. There is a limited amount of space here. I could list many more Federally and Vic State. Here's some more Federal: Thwaites, McAllister, Rishworth, Watt, King, Hill, Wells, Plibersek, McCarthy, O'Neil, Aly- all intelligent, hard working & committed.

Total rubbish.

Labor has many highly competent people. Chalmers, Wong, Gallagher, Clare, Butler, Kearney to name just a few.
February 27, 2025 at 6:10 AM
Why would you be excited about Liberals taking a seat from Labor?
