Perhaps wash it, cut the ends off, roll it in olive oil, season it with everything bagel seasoning, put it on parchment paper on a sheet pan, set the oven for 400 degrees and in about a half-hour, you will have something delicious. Sprinkle some cheese on top, as a bonus. Now you know my secret.
