Well, in normal times it would be about the ability to subpoena information. Ironically, those subpoenas should have been about how the company was using their customers information. But we left normal times behind a long time ago. Or maybe those times were the abnormal ones.

I'm 100% certain it's a government computer. But how was it appropriated? Is it running standard issue software? Are they following the proper channels and conducting activities authorized by the law? They seem unenthused to be asked those questions.
