Unironic ABDL hot take, but one common ABDL fantasy I don't share is the loss of potty training.
Half the fun, maybe more, is that you're still potty trained, but not allowed to use the potty.
Otherwise it all just sort of "happens to you" instead of you having to choose to go in your diaper.
