Has he offered in exchange of Donbas the whole russia? That might bring up collision of interest between Mongolia and Japan; who wants which land and who is to be in charge of the concentration camps. I fully understand the Ukrainians are fed up with atrocities and would gladly pass.

Although it is a joke (there aren't any political enemies or racialy-defined subhumans to power their concentration camp on Moon over there - so there is absolutely no need to send it there) , a thermal cell 'nuclear power station' might be of a future use - see the Voyagers for example.

I strongly recommend getting rid of the concentration camps first, and to postpone any election voting mechanisms reforms until there is at least a hypothetical chance any other general elections are to happen.

I love the idea "that's because y'all wouldn't (have voted) for a woman" , but these elections might very well have been rigged so enormously, [I mean above all the "common" rigging like gerrymandering or incarcerating of poor¬ letting them vote,etc.] and it doesn't matter anymore anyway.

If a totalitarian government reallocates those 40 to 60 pct.of the economy "usually" dedicated to the leisure/consumer spending toward the waring, & still gets to steal& buy enough grain to minimally sustain the populace, well... they're not collapsing.

Current "best available practice" is occupy heavily for about 60 years and then leave at least one own big military outpost on the outskirts there. The Ukrainians won't be much willing to do it (who would ever want to deal w/russians) so we should corrupt them enough to be willing.
