Ugh that sounds like a 💩y situation.
I hope things turn around for you and your team in general. My previous dept. got that way before I transferred . Didn’t realize much it was stressing me out until I got to my new team and despite being busier am also less stressed.

I don’t know if it would fall under the writing category but I find sketching and doodling help me more than expository writing, but sometimes writing helps too.

Did you ever run into eggplant problems when you visited Japan? It’s much more commonly used here than I experienced in the US, and often not mentioned.

In defense of Nissan they are a Japanese company and they are in terrible financial shape, having lost $4.5 billion last year so their reason is likely purely financial.
