I'm such a Tolkien nerd I couldn't resist these fantasy Elven coins "Four Leaves for Four Seasons". Fall leaf in copper, winter silver, spring (faux) mithril, & summer in (faux) gold. Elven script on one side, Dwarven rules on other.

my bank gave me a quarter that was never supposed to be in circulation. someone, somewhere accidentally introduced it.
It is a proof 2006-S Nebraska quarter, so shiny it's mirror-like. Uncirculated & unscratched this quarter would be worth ~$30.
I'm tempted to go get more quarters from them!

here's the finished bookshelf. it's the one on the left. it was the perfect size for that skinny spot in the awkward corner of the room. as i look at this photo maybe i need to swap them and rotate the other one 90 degrees. ugh. such an awkward corner.

idk if it's my brain or their illustrations but sometimes they randomly change perspective on me and it's unnerving.

I'm on my third nervous breakdown and it's only halfway built.
In my defense the pages were stuck together and I went from step 1 to step 5. In their defense I'm dumb, I can't count or read or understand cartoons or build shit.
