MPDUs and workforce housing are two different standards of affordability. The legislation only requires MPDUs.

Ginny - The legislation may have been part of the More Housing NOW package, but it had nothing to do with "workforce housing units". No workforce housing is required to get the tax breaks - only 2.5% more MPDUs than would have been required otherwise.

When someone acts surprised in a situation like this, I usually say "well then, you have not been paying attention." But, I know that you have been paying attention. Honestly, I'm surprised it was as high as this.

Elon's millionaire Fed example - could be me! He can't imagine someone working hard for a modest salary, living responsible, investing (and marrying) wisely, and becoming wealthy without lying, cheating, and conning others. Use your imagination, Elon. Pretend for a minute that you could do that.

I think it's now official. The coup d'état is here. Thoughtful people were afraid of the reelection of Trump. But, we weren't afraid enough.
